EAMONN GLAVEY  MBA

Managing Partner
Mr. Glavey is an award winning entrepreneur.
In 2010 he founded a water heater rental portfolio exceeding 45MM. In 2015 he founded an alternative lending platform, providing equipment loans/leases for residential and commercial properties across the country. Currently the portfolio exceeds 180MM.

He obtained his securities license in 2009, along with a certification in Financial Planning with Honours. He also holds a certification in Business Analysis from the University of Toronto and a Masters in Business Administration from the prestigious Richard Ivey School of Business.

Eamonn is also a golf enthusiast and a accomplished triathlete, having completed the IRONMAN triathlon. Devoted husband and father of two, he loves nothing more than spending time with his family.
BOBBY ANAND  CA, CPA, CFA

Chief Investment Officer
Bobby Anand is a seasoned finance professional with over 25 years of experience working with mid-market companies in North America, the UK and Europe. Prior to joining Enlightened Capital, Bobby held senior positions with the asset-based lending businesses of Wells Fargo in Toronto and Bank of America in London, UK, as well as with Canadian private debt funds (Bridging Finance and Waygar Capital).
Bobby has a passion and a track record for working with mid-market companies to find innovative financing solutions necessary to achieve their objectives. Key strengths include the ability and tenacity to execute transactions from cradle to grave and building consensus among decision makers to achieve the end goal.  Versatile skillset ranges from new business development to underwriting and portfolio management.
Bobby has an Honours Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Toronto, is a Chartered Financial Analyst and Chartered Professional Accountant. Bobby is a former board member and membership chairperson of ACG Toronto and presently active with the membership committee.
Bobby and his wife are avid travellers, exploring places like the Atacama Desert, Angkor Wat, Petra, Wadi Rum, Andalucia, parts of the Silk Road, and enjoy the culture, gastronomy and viticulture wherever they go.
